CANCELLATION POLICY
At ACMS, we maintain small class sizes and dedicated appointment times to ensure a high level of individualised care. As a result, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Once a booking is made, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, in fairness to all clients and to respect appointment availability, this policy is strictly applied with no exceptions.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse ongoing treatment or class participation in cases of repeated late cancellations or outstanding unpaid accounts.
Group Clinical Pilates Packages:
Discounted bulk packages are available to support ongoing rehabilitation and commitment to your program. If a group class is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the same cancellation policy applies and a session will be deducted from your package.
All Pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is required on the day of your Physiotherapy appointment or Therapeutic Pilates session.
Private health insurance rebates are available for eligible services in accordance with your individual fund’s policy. Rebates can be processed on the spot where applicable.
We have eftpos and hicaps facilities available.
MEDICARE / EPC FUNDING
You may be eligible for physiotherapy support under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program, which provides rebates for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. A gap fee applies following the Medicare rebate ($61.80 at time of writing).
To access this program, please speak with your GP, who can assess eligibility and provide an EPC referral for physiotherapy.
